How is everyone doing!

I had a great weekend! Jordano got married on Friday. It was a perfect day for a wedding. Everything went exactly as planned. Every detail was right. Right down to the flowers, we wore. Jordano looked sharp in his suit, i have no idea why, I mean, he already won Ronaly's heart, why does he insist on scoring more points. But the guy was glowing when he had Ronaly by his side. He was the proudest dude on site, and I won't pretend I don't know why. Every one present looked great btw. And the place where they got married was very beautiful.

The Audi turned out great! Only because I got to drive it every one of those days we had it.

And the party! Woaw! That was one heck of a party!

i'm gonna tell you guys about that and more tomorrow.

Bev is coming down to Den Haag tomorrow and i'm going up to Amsterdam in the afternoon.

So anyway,

we went to get the convertable Audi we rented in Den Haag. It started in the Fiat Punto. Jordando drove the hell out of it, with Ronaly by his side. Roald and I were in the back all excited! I got to drive back to R'dam. I went half way with the Punto. Did i mention i got us semi lost using a gps system? Anyway I drove back with the Audi following, but long story short, I got to ride the Audi back to R'dam!

Man i wanna tell you about it but I'm kinda very sleepy.

So anyway, i woke up today in R'dam, then i fell asleep, after that Iwoke up, and being awake was really fatiguing so i fell asleep. At some point in time i wanted to be awake, so I opened my eyes, and fell asleep, with my eyes open. What a dilemma! When I woKe up my eyes were dry and burning!

So anyway, the twins gave me some shoes they didn't need anymore, i got 3 new(old) shoes. They are on a mission to make me European. I'd say they have a good chance of making me look like a fat dutchman. As the saying goes: "don't give a cow milk if it didn't ask to be milked by the farmer's assistant who lives in the cave" I'm sorry, there is no saying that goes like that.

I'm back in Den Haag, I must say that the Haagse markt is full of stuff i know i need but pretend not to know. So Jay, give me directions to the Miracle Gro store you were talking about.

I went to the hall today, and everybody seemed very happy to see me. I was happy to see them man. It's been a long time. Many many new faces also. These brothers and sisters are really doing their best man.

Ok bye! Its kinda late and i'm helluva sleepy.

So I'ma wake up tomorrow, and most likely i'll be in my pj's. I think I'm going back to R'dam around 8.30.

Den Haag-R'dam

So anyway, today was a cool day.

We shopped a bit in Den Haag, i bought a vest at H&M but I aint gonna show you yet. The twins make me feel poor. Man, they buy stuff in the street where the queen's palace is. Let me tell you, that is not cheap!

We came to R'dam, to lora the bolo preto. I really wanted to take one but we were like prisoners, they were constantly watching us.

My friend is getting married. I realised that just yesterday. I know the guy my whole life and you just don't think about these things. But i'm sure he's gonna be happy. Afterall Ronaly has the same way of thinking as Jordano.

Hoi hoi,

So anyway, I’m here. The flight was ok, there was no legspace though, but it wasn’t bad. Bev “doesn’t sleep in planes”, so much for that.

The plane was supposed to arrive at 11.35, but we were excited when we realized that it arrived at 11.15. We got off board and to my surprise there were no customs officer asking me stupid questions. I won’t say that I miss them but they sure were funny asking you your life story with a straight face. However we did pass trough the other customs, where the check your passport. My name luckily did not come up in the system, the guy next to me had to pay an unpaid ticket,hehe!

The fun part is when we came to the luggage-go-round-and-round thingy. We had to wait just 90minutes.

Anyway Jordano came an got us. And he dropped me off at the hospital where Amos and Yoa were.

So anyway, it's my last day of work.

I remember when it used to be the last day of school. I was all hyped up ready to go, with my backpack on and sitting on the edge of my chair. Every move someone made, made me paranoid. I wanted to be the first one out. I remember the teacher would look at me and show me the clock on the wall. I would smile back at her, then with her piercing eyes she would show me again, pointing fiercely with her finger all weirdly streched out to the clock. Then I would really look at the clock and realize that school just started a half an hour ago.

This is not like that at all!

Now my boss gave me the same look, pointing at the clock, i had deadlines man. I have to finish crap!

Anyway, gotta go finish them!

The Dutch being very dutchy. Probably thinking: "I wonder what's for dinner, hmmm, maybe stamppot"

Opinions opinions!

So anyway, in my opinion we are going trough a really exciting month. Its Euro2008 season, how can it not be exciting! The best teams from all over the world are not playing in this game. We do have however top ranking world teams in this championship. Like for instance a great team which is the Netherlands, some good teams like Italy and France, some OK teams like Russia and Greece, some bad teams….no there are no bad teams in this championship, but there is a really really bad one, a team of pop stars who care more about their looks than the game. I am talking about Portugal. Don’t get me wrong, they are not a bad team, the just lack playing skills. I remember when I used to like them, they were cool back then, now they are just 11 tanned David Beckham’s who lack technique. Heck I can even challenge them! Nah! I’m kidding!
The point I'm trying to make is that even though you have a strong opinion about the Portuguese team, you should make sure that you keep it to yourself. You shouldn't worry; people won't judge you for that. People will however judge you if you give a wrong opinion.

For the sake of privacy I won’t mention Rachelle’s name so let us call her Fernanda. Fernanda told me how much she dislikes Holland.
I’m just trying to get on my colleagues nerves. We had a discussion about opinions which, in my opinion, is a good thing to discuss. The truth is, I’m rooting for HOLLAND and she’s for portugal. She is entitled to her opinion, however her opinion is less accurate then mine.

My Saturday, June 7, 2008

So anyway, today i woke up, and cursed the rays of sun for spreading joy so early in the morning. Don't get me wrong, joy is cool, but it should keep in mind that people need sleep! Especially lazy people.

Anyway, today was cool, i did absolutely nothing in particular, except everything in particular. For instance, i went in the field service till about 10.30 and then after that we sat for a while at Cocoplum in the mainstreet, which btw has the most delicious fruit-shake atmosphere, the fruit-shake's are also very awesome! I had a club sandwich, which is way better than a knuckle sandwich, only because it is actually edible, and delicious! And you get to keep all your teeth!

Jade had a sate-sandwich...nothing to be said.

And then came the highlight of the day. I came home, greeted my house mates, like for instance, mom, dad and my sisters. I opened the bedroom door, tripped on stuff, fell on my bed and boom! out like a light! Woke up at about 5.01. Hey man I, washed my car, aka "dad's filing cabinet" at about 5.10, that was ok.

Ok so Cocoplum was cool, Jade's reaction proves it.

Jade didn't like her piñacolada, then again, you wouldn't either if yours was 90% rum and 2% ice. Apparently it was "the worst crap ever"

So, Bev just sms-ed me saying that there are 17 more days left. Man I haven’t felt exited about something in a long time. I’ve been to many Florida theme parks all my life, to the point where I don’t feel the excitement anymore.

I remember when I used to almost crap my pants, in line to get on “it’s a small world” let alone “space mountain”. Now when I’m in line I just fart in annoyance, hoping nobody notices. I was planning to go to the doctor to do a check up on my excitement-gland or “yippie button” as they call it in the medical world. But I see now that this is no longer necessary, seeing that I’m almost crapping my pants as the 22nd draws closer, oh, and the butterflies! I burped a Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly (which is btw my favorite) earlier today.

So anyway 17 more days and counting.

So any way, I just started blogging in anticipation of my trip to the Netherlands, my house away from home. I'll be on the airplane on the 22nd of june and arriving in A'dam on the 23, how you like that, i'm gonna lose a whole date(yes date), which means i'm gonna ignore my jetlag when i get there to make up for the time lost. Well i'm gone... I'll keep you posted
